ARCOL AP725 Series

The ARCOL AP725 provides power dissipation up to 20 watts with a proper heatsink. The thick film on substrate design contains low inductance. This substrate is molded in to a D2PAK housing for environmental protection. The internal resistor is electrically isolated from the thermal backplate and carries TCR options to ±100 ppm/°C. Ohmite provides a SMD heatsink option in the D series heatsinks.
