General Information
Ohmite primarily manufactures power resistors in wirewound, ceramic, and thick film constructions. We have both standard and custom products available for customers. We also sell heatsinks that complement many of our resistor offerings.
Ohmite's corporate headquarters is in Warrenville, Illinois. Our primary manufacturing facility is in Matamoros, Mexico, and we have a shipping facility in Brownsville, Texas. Our Arcol brand operates out of Truro, England.

Compliance and Standards
Many of Ohmite's products are RoHS compliant. Any Ohmite part number that ends with the letter E is RoHS compliant. You can also view our compliance page to find more information about other certifications for our products.
Ohmite is certified in ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949, AS9100D, and is compliant for both RoHS and Reach standards.

Ohmite serves many industries. But we primarily work with customers in the Transportation, Industrial, Medical, Military/Aerospace, and Energy industries. But if you're not in those industries, our products can still work for you.
