Surface Mount Power Resistors
There are several mounting options available for Ohmite resistors. As the power requirements rise the type of mounting power resistors will change. Lower wattage parts come in SMD form, typically below 3 watts. As power rises, axial thru-hole mounting is used up to 10 watts. Heatsinkable designs and Tubular parts are used for higher wattages above 20 watts. Each mounting style has its own advantages depending on the application.
Axial Lead
Since the parts are received from the factory without any bends, it offers the end user the option to bend and mount per their application. Request a quote today!
